Nite Owl cocktail lounge is on the corner of Garnet Ave and Mission Bay Drive.
Hanna Daly was hired as muralist by the new owner to paint the wall. Including the owl the wall on the right is going to say “San Diego Classic. Since 1962” in neon letters similar to the third image.

This five-level, 216,000-sqare foot, 620-car parking structure is Foothill Transit’s first-ever agency-owned park and ride facility. The facility has pedestrian plazas, secure bike lockers for local cyclists, LED lighting and a large mural by California artist Hannah Daly.
